• Remote Check-In & Check-Out: Check-in begins at 4:00 PM and check-out is by 11:00 AM. Both are fully remote and managed via your personalized room code, allowing you to arrive and depart at your convenience—no front desk required. You can also use our Property Map as a guide before your arrival. Our porters are always available to assist with luggage and guide you to your room.
  
• Discrete On-Site Management: Our team is available when you need them, but their presence remains unobtrusive. You can choose your level of interaction with staff based on your preferences. While we do not maintain a constant front desk presence, our operations and property management teams are available should you need assistance.
  
• Thoughtful Housekeeping: Each room is thoroughly cleaned and prepared before your arrival. For guests staying more than a few days, we will reach out at the time of booking to schedule a complimentary mid-stay cleaning. Our approach minimizes environmental impact while giving you the privacy and independence to fully immerse yourself in your outdoor adventures.
• Public Spaces: Communal areas at Larch House are designed to encourage connection and relaxation. Whether you’re meeting fellow travelers or seeking a quiet moment in town, our shared spaces offer a balance of community and refuge.

Our Suites and Guest Rooms are all accessed via a confidential 4-digit code, provided to guests before their stay via email and/or text. Our porters are available to assist with luggage and guide you to your room should you need any help upon arrival.

You can purchase lift tickets directly through Whitefish Mountain Resort at skiwhitefish.com, where they provide full instructions for buying online. You can also buy lift tickets in person at the mountain.

At Larch House, we understand that your furry companions are part of the family, which is why we welcome dogs to join you during your stay for an additional fee of $50 per night. Please note that only select rooms are dog-friendly. We kindly ask that dogs are not let out in the courtyard space; however, the local Hike & Bike Trail located just across the street offers a wonderful option for guests traveling with pets.

Larch House has free surface parking located around the property on a first-come, first-served basis.

We recommend renting a car to make the most of your time in Whitefish and the surrounding areas, as it offers the greatest flexibility and ease for exploring at your own pace. However, a car is not strictly necessary. Whitefish has a range of local transportation services, and many tours offer pickup and drop-off options.

Larch House does not accept reservations for any of its dining spaces. However, guests of the hotel are given priority seating.

Our food and beverage spaces do not accept cash. Larch House operates as a cashless property, and all purchases can be made using credit or debit cards.

We’re always happy to try to accommodate early check-in or late check-out requests whenever possible, though we can’t guarantee availability in advance.

Many of our amenities are available throughout the year, though please note that weather—especially in winter—can vary significantly and may occasionally impact access to outdoor spaces. The rooftop spa pool is open year-round and offers a unique experience in every season, though snow and weather conditions can affect the space. Our feature restaurant, Enga, and courtyard are also open year-round, with cozy fire pits creating a warm atmosphere during the colder months. The Terrace bar is seasonal and open weather permitting.
