WHAT TO EXPECT DURING YOUR STAY

At Larch House, we offer a modern, self-directed hospitality experience designed to prioritize sustainability, privacy, and ease. Here’s what you can expect during your stay:

  • Remote Check-In & Check-Out: Check-in begins at 4:00 PM and check-out is by 11:00 AM. Both are fully remote and managed via your personalized room code, allowing you to arrive and depart at your convenience—no front desk required.
  • Discrete On-Site Management: Our team is available when you need them, but their presence remains unobtrusive. You can choose your level of interaction with staff based on your preferences. While we do not maintain a constant front desk presence, our operations and property management teams are always available should you need assistance.
  • Thoughtful Housekeeping: Each room is thoroughly cleaned and prepared before your arrival. For guests staying a week or longer, we will reach out at the time of booking to schedule a complimentary mid-stay cleaning. Our approach minimizes environmental impact while giving you the privacy and independence to fully immerse yourself in your outdoor adventures.
  • Public Spaces: Communal areas at Larch House are designed to encourage connection and relaxation. Whether you’re meeting fellow travelers or seeking a quiet moment in town, our shared spaces offer a balance of community and refuge.
HOW DO i ACCESS MY ROOM?

Our Suites and Guest Rooms are all accessed via a confidential personal code, provided to guests approximately 24 hours before their stay via email and/or text.

IS LARCH HOUSE PET-FRIENDLY?

At Larch House, we understand that your furry companions are part of the family, which is why we welcome dogs (1 per room) to join you during your stay for an additional fee of $50 per night. Please note that only some of our rooms are dog-friendly.

DO YOUR RESTAURANTS ACCEPT RESERVATIONS?

Larch House does not accept reservations for any of its dining spaces. However, guests of the hotel are given priority seating.

WHERE DO GUESTS PARK?

Larch House has free surface parking located around the property on a first-come, first-served basis. Additionally, Guests staying in our Larch House Suites and Cabin Suites enjoy the convenience of complimentary reserved parking in our secure self-park lot.

DOES LARCH HOUSE PROVIDE CONCIERGE SERVICES?

Although Larch House does not provide full-service concierge services, guests are encouraged to research local activities and dining options prior to their stay. Larch House maintains a selection of preferred activities and local outfitters.

WHAT ARE THE FEES ASSOCIATED WITH MY FINAL BILL?

At Larch House, we are committed to transparency and providing guests with a clear understanding of all fees and taxes associated with their stay. Below is a detailed breakdown of charges:

  • Linen & Cleaning Fee: A linen and cleaning fee is applied to maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and comfort in all our rooms. This fee ensures that our accommodations are thoroughly sanitized and prepared for each guest’s arrival.
  • Resort Fee: The resort fee includes access to our amenities, such as the rooftop spa pool, priority seating at our dining options, courtyard spaces, transportation, and Wi-Fi throughout the property.
  • Processing Fee: A nominal processing fee is applied to cover administrative costs associated with reservations and payment processing.
  • City Resort Tax: A mandatory city resort tax is collected in accordance with local regulations to support municipal services and infrastructure.
  • County Lodging Tax: The county lodging tax is required by the state and contributes to the promotion and development of Montana’s tourism and hospitality industries.
  • Community Support Fund (CSF): The 1% Community Support Fund (CSF) on your bill directly supports Whitefish’s affordable workforce housing, responsible tourism initiatives, and the preservation of our community and natural spaces. Your contribution helps sustain the beauty and vitality of Whitefish.
