Reservation Policy
  • Reservations can only be made online through our website.
  • A valid credit card is required to secure your reservation.
Payment Policy
  • Larch House standard rates require 50% of payment at the time of booking.
  • 30 days prior to arrival, the remaining 50% of the payment is due and is nonrefundable.
  • Reservations made under the Book Now & Save rate require full payment at the time of booking. This rate is non-refundable and may not be modified or canceled once confirmed. By selecting this rate, you acknowledge and agree that the total reservation amount will be charged immediately and is not eligible for refund.
  • Larch House will place an authorization hold on your payment method prior to arrival to cover incidental charges. Provided there are no damages or outstanding balances, this authorization will be released shortly after your stay.
Changes and Cancellations

After booking the standard rate, you may change or cancel your reservation up to thirty (30) days before your arrival without charge. In the event of cancellation after this deadline or a no-show, we reserve the right to charge up to the full amount of the reservation, depending on the length of stay reserved.

Check-in/Check-out
  • Check-in time is 4:00 PM, and check-out time is 11:00 AM.
  • Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability. For more information, please contact info@ibexmt.com.
  • To allow our team adequate time to prepare rooms for arriving guests, we kindly ask that departures occur by the designated check-out time. If a guest remains in the room beyond this time without prior approval, a late check-out fee will apply. The first hour past the scheduled check-out time will be subject to a $35 charge. Any additional time beyond the first hour will be billed at $100 per hour. Late check-out requests are always subject to availability and should be arranged in advance with our Front Desk whenever possible.
Parking
  • Larch House has free surface parking located around the property on a first-come, first-served basis.
  • Guests staying in our Larch House Suites and Cabin Suites enjoy the convenience of complimentary reserved parking in our secure self-park lot.
Dining Reservations

Larch House does not accept reservations for any of its dining spaces, however, guests of the hotel are given priority seating. We encourage guests to plan accordingly if they wish to dine with us.

Pet Policy

At Larch House, we understand that your furry companions are part of the family, which is why we welcome dogs to join you during your stay. To ensure a comfortable and enjoyable experience for all guests, we kindly ask that you adhere to the following pet policy:

  • Guests with pets are limited to reserving specific rooms denoted “dog friendly.” This is to ensure ease of access for pet owners and to minimize disruptions for other guests.
  • A non-refundable pet fee of $50 per night will be applied to your room charge. This fee helps us cover additional cleaning and maintenance costs associated with pet-friendly accommodations.
  • While on hotel premises, please keep your dog on a leash and under control at all times. Be mindful of other guests and avoid leaving your pet unattended in your room for extended periods.
  • Pet owners are responsible for any damage caused by their pets during their stay. Additional charges may apply for excessive cleaning or repairs.
Smoking Policy
  • Larch House is a non-smoking property. Smoking is not permitted in guest rooms or any indoor areas of the hotel. To preserve the comfort and quality of the guest experience, a $500 cleaning fee will be applied if evidence of smoking is found in a guest room.
Spa Pool

The Larch House spa pool is reserved exclusively for registered hotel guests. For the safety, privacy, and comfort of all staying with us, guests of hotel guests and outside visitors are not permitted in the pool area. Access is limited to paying guests occupying a dedicated guest room at Larch House. The spa pool area is not monitored by a lifeguard. While we strive to maintain a secure and relaxing environment, all guests are asked to exercise caution and adhere to posted guidelines while using the facilities.

  • Children under the age of 16 must always be accompanied by an adult while in the pool area. Parents or guardians are responsible for their children's safety and behavior.
  • For your safety, diving is not permitted in the pool area. Please refrain from jumping or diving into the pool from any elevated surface.
  • In the event of an emergency, life-safety equipment is available near the pool area.
  • Refrain from running, pushing, or engaging in disruptive behavior around the pool area.
  • The Larch House spa pool is available daily between 8:00 AM and 10:00 PM. Guests may not access or use the spa pool outside of these designated hours.
Lost and Found

Larch House is not responsible for any lost or misplaced items during your stay. However, our staff will make every effort to assist in locating and returning lost belongings.

Damages

Guests will be held responsible for any damages to hotel property caused during their stay, including but not limited to furnishings, fixtures, and amenities. Items missing from the property will be charged back to guests accordingly.

Code of Conduct

At Larch House, we strive to maintain a calm, respectful, and welcoming environment for all guests. We kindly ask that all individuals conduct themselves in a considerate manner toward fellow guests, hotel staff, and the property at all times. Behavior that disrupts the comfort or safety of others is not permitt

ed.This includes entering or remaining in areas that are closed after designated operating hours, accessing staff-only or restricted spaces, or allowing unregistered visitors to use guest-exclusive amenities such as the spa pool or wellness areas. Guests are expected to respect quiet hours, refrain from excessive noise or gatherings that may disturb others, and follow all posted hotel policies and staff guidance.For guest safety, we kindly ask that running or rough activity be avoided in the courtyard areas, particularly during the winter months when surfaces may be icy or slippery.

Activities that result in property damage, unsafe conduct, smoking or vaping in non-designated areas, or any illegal behavior on property are strictly prohibited. Being present in operational or back-of-house areas without authorization is not permitted. Professional photography or videography for commercial or promotional purposes may not take place on property without prior written consent from the Larch House ownership group.

Larch House reserves the right to refuse service or require immediate departure, without refund, should a guest’s behavior compromise the safety, security, or overall experience of others. We appreciate your cooperation in helping us preserve a peaceful and enjoyable stay for everyone.
